we appreciate the enthusiasm for the pedals but we really appreciate people who support the brand by purchasing pedals. we sometimes exchange a review or video for a pedal, you can message us to talk :)

we aren't doing custom pedals at this time, maybe one daya :o

"do your pedals ever go on sale"

"when will my pedal ship"

we try to drop off pedals same day or next day at the post office unless we're on vacation :o

"do you ship to my country"

probably, but if not let us know!

"why is it so expensive to ship to my country?"

pre-paid import duties and shipping to foreign countries (from the USA) is expensive and there's not a lot we can do about it.

we are working on expanding our dealer network to bring fruitfx to other countries, including maybe yours...

"can you help me track down my package?"

once a package is marked "delivered" we can't really do much :/

but if it's lost we will help you out!

"can i trust you once i buy a pedal?"

as far as deliveries go, we have successfully delivered over 1000 pedals across the world!

as far as customer service, i (marcos) answer emails all the time and am super down to help you

as far as payments go, we're in the shopify ecosystem which uses Stripe. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 so it's super safe :)

"why is it called fruitfx?"

because we like fruit
